KARACHI: The EOBI Pensioners Welfare Association (EPWA) held a demonstration outside the Karachi Press Club on Wednesday and demanded that the government raise EOBI pension of private employees up to the minimum wage.
The protesters said that the working class was facing a tremendous financial crisis and it was not possible to survive on the current EOBI pension of Rs10,000 per month.
