BAHAWALPUR: The Municipal Corporation (MC) of Bahawalpur sealed on Monday a due to unpaid dues.

According to MC officials, the owner of the three-storey Al-Karim Plaza, which houses over 100 shops, failed to settle dues for the previous years despite multiple notices.

BCCI: DPO Asad Sarfraz has announced the formation of a committee to address security concerns of business community.

During a meeting at the Bahawalpur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), DPO Sarfraz responded to BCCI’s concerns.

The committee, headed by DSP City, will include police officials and BCCI representatives.

The DPO said ongoing initiatives, such as the safe city project, which includes the installation of CCTV cameras, would help tackle crimes.
