ISLAMABAD: A valuable gift presented to Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa will be put on display at the Supreme Court Museum after Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif granted approval under the Toshakhana Procedures.

A golden pen adorned with the door of Holy Kaaba was presented to the chief justice by the Muslim World League secretary general, Dr Mohammad bin Abdul Karim Al Issa when he called on the former on April 8.

The gift will be displayed at the museum situated inside the Supreme Court building for public viewing. The pen in black gift box was deposited by the Supreme Court office to the Toshakhana as per applicable rules when it was presented.

The prime minister approved the move on May 15 in response to a request made by the secretary to CJP.
