LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has booked three officers of Pakistan Agricultural Storage and Services Corporation (Passco) on allegations of corruption in distribution of gunny bags for wheat procurement.

According to the FIA, an FIR has been registered against former GM Field retired Maj Zahoor Ahmed Ranjha, Bahawalnagar zonal head Jibran Iqbal Zafar and Burewala zonal head Rao Muhammad Akram on charge of causing a loss of Rs1bn to the national exchequer.
