The judge pronounced that both the convicts were sentenced to life imprisonment on two counts under section 365-B (kidnapping, abducting or compelling woman for marriage) and 376 (rape) of Pakistan Penal Code with fine of Rs200,000 each.

Furthermore, the judge pronounced the convicts were also sentenced under section 53 (sexual abuse) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Child Protection and Welfare Act and were sentenced to seven years rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs100,000 each.

The court extended them benefit of section 382 of Code of Criminal Procedure, under which the period of their detention prior to their conviction would be calculated in their prison terms.
