RAWALPINDI:The younger brother of a former deputy director of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has been arrested on the charge of murdering him along with his wife four days ago.

Police said the suspect had confessed to killing them over a property dispute.

Hussain and his wife Ghousia Bibi were found shot dead in their house in Mandra police area early on Friday. Police said the suspect killed his brother and sister-in-law over a property dispute.

A police spokesman said after investigation into the double murder case was launched the police found the circumstances leading to the incident suspicious and took Irshad into custody. During questioning, he confessed to killing his brother and his wife.
