Globally, about 1.3bn people live with a disability — including chronic illnesses, allergies, eating disorders, and mental health issues, among other conditions — that’s about one out of every six people, of which 88pc of employees with invisible disabilities choose not to disclose them at work to avoid stigma and discrimination
