TOBA TEK SINGH: Three unidentified persons were burnt alive in a car near Dangroo Bridge over Sem Nullah on the Sargodha Road in Faisalabad on Saturday.

According to Nishatabad police, they received information that a car was on fire near the head office of a medicine company. When police reached there, the car had already been completely burnt and the remains of three men were found in it.

During the probe, police came to know that the car was registered in the name of Muhammad Zain and one Kamran had recently purchased it from him and started using it in his car rental service.

It was further revealed that the car was obtained on rent by Qamar Ali Sidhu but it could not be confirmed whether Sidhu himself was in the car, as the remains of three victims were not recognisable.

Police said the cause of the fire was also still unknown.

Rape

A minor boy was raped in the Panchwan Meel area located in Satellite Town, Jhang, on Saturday.

Police alleged that the accused lured the seven-year-old into his house and assaulted him.

Police arrested the accused and shifted the minor to the Jhang DHQ Hospital for medical examination.
