KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari on Tuesday sought details of the measures being taken by the provincial government to handle the situation after monsoon rains.

He held separate meetings with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and provincial government spokespersons in which he asked for building an effective narrative of the party.

A statement issued from Bilawal House said that the Sindh CM informed the PPP chairman of the measures taken by his government to handle the post-rain situation. He also apprised Mr Bhutto-Zardari of the strategy to prevent major cities from urban flooding during the ongoing monsoon season.

In his meeting with the spokespersons for the provincial government, the PPP chairman asked them to be more effective.
