TOBA TEK SINGH: The Anti-Corruption Establishment Faisalabad booked on Friday PTI MNA from Tandlianwala (NA 97) Saadullah Baloch, his father former MNA Nasir Ali Baloch and some others for misappropriation of government fee of Rs 21.5 million which was to be deposited with the Tandlianwala municipal committee for establishing Nasir commercial market.

Complainant ASI Muhammad Shoukat claimed in his FIR registered under section 409 of PPC and section 5-2-47 of PCA that both accused MNA Saadullah Baloch and his father former MNA Nasir Ali Baloch misappropriated commercialisation fee of Rs 21.5 million of their established Nasir market with the connivance of tehsildar Syed Hassan Raza Shah, TMA building inspector Amin Toor and revenue department patwari Nazar Hussain. No arrest has so far been made.
