The World Health Organisation (WHO) says it has screened some 240,000 children between six months and five years of age for malnutrition in the Gaza Strip since the start of the year, Al Jazeera reports.
“Of all children screened, 14,750 were diagnosed with acute malnutrition, Of them 3,288 with diagnosed with Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM),” the UN’s health agency said.
