LAHORE: The Lahore Museum, in collaboration with the Embassy of Thailand, has organised photo exhibition titled “Wonders of Thailand.”

The exhibition, featuring 32 photographs, was inaugurated by Tourism, Archaeology and Museums Department Secretary Farid Ahmad Tarar, Thailand’s Ambassador Ms. Kamolwan Sriposil and the Lahore Museum Director Nabila Irfan.

The Thai photographer, Viathun Khamsong, has showcased pictures of Thailand’s tourist destinations, featuring Islamic culture, modern structures, and the vibrant culture of his country. The exhibition also reflects Thailand’s natural beauty and scenic landscapes.

Speaking at the event, the secretary stressed the need for promoting tourism, which paves the way for cultural exchanges.

The Thailand’s ambassador emphasized the significance of the relationship between the two countries, stating, “Pakistan and Thailand have shared strong ties for over 70 years, and such photo exhibitions can further strengthen the bond between the people of both nations.”

The exhibition will continue till September 15.
