ISLAMABAD: Promising young player Ahmad Nael Qureshi won the U-18 title of the Khawar Hyat Khan Memorial National Ranking Tennis Tournament after defeating Bilal Asim in the final here at the SDA-PTF Tennis Complex on Thursday.

The match ended 4-6,7-5, 3-3 in Nael’s favour after Bilal was retired hurt.

In the U-12 final, Shayan Afridi outclassed Rashid Ali 4-2, 4-2, also on Thursday.

Veteran Aqeel Khan and Mohammad Shoaib will take on each other in the final on Friday.
