John Cena: Jackie Chan sets standard for Jackpot!

John Cena, who stars in the upcoming film Jackpot! premiering on Prime Video, praised Jackie Chan as a benchmark for action comedy. Cena plays Noel, a private security guard protecting lottery winner Katie (Awkwafina) from murder attempts, in a world where killing a lottery winner is legal.

Cena enjoys the challenge of playing a “damsel in distress” and appreciates the opportunity to bring a hopeful character to life.

Cena is also filming Season 2 of Peacemaker and continues his WWE career, which he compares to stand-up comedy for its immediate audience feedback.
