HYDERABAD, March 31: The mass communication department of the University of Sindh has launched a monthly magazine “Shaoor” in English, Sindhi and Urdu as its laboratory publication.

Vice-Chancellor Mazharul Haq Siddiqui formally launched the publications on Friday.

A large number of faculty members and students and representatives of other institutions attended the ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, the vice-chancellor said that a big responsibility lay on shoulders of the youth for betterment of the society.

He said that the department as well as the university had great faith in abilities of youth and hoped that they would play their key role in the reformation of the society.
