RAWALPINDI: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Rawalpindi rescheduled ninth grade papers slated for September 17 due to public holiday for Eid Miladun Nabi, which will now be held on Sept 19.

BISE spokesman Arslan Cheema said that these papers are education, hadith, history of Pakistan and clothing and textile of 9th grade and it will be held on Sept 19 (Thursday).

He said the BISE also rescheduled 10th grade supplementary exams that were postponed on August 26 due to Imam Husain’s Chehlum in Rawalpindi

division.

They will now be held on September 18, he said, adding that 10th grade supplementary papers include chemistry, clothing and textile, Islamic history, Fiqh (Dars Nizami) Group, science, physiology and hygiene.

He said the revised roll number slips of regular candidates have been uploaded on the portal of their institution while the roll number slips of the private candidates have been uploaded on the board’s website.

Private candidates can download their slips by entering their B-form number, online admission form number, roll number and roll number slips of private candidates are being sent to the addresses given on their admission forms.

According to the amended roll number slip, the students will reach examination center on time on the scheduled date.

The examination staff at centres had been directed to allow the candidates to appear in the

examination as per the new schedule after identification of the candidate on the existing roll number slip.
