QUETTA: A local JUI-F leader was shot dead in Noshki town on Tuesday, police said.
Mir Zahoor Ahmed Badini was attacked by unknown armed men near Noshki Degree College.
He died on the spot, while his security guard injured. Police shifted the body and injured to a hospital and cordoned off the locality.
The JUI-F leader suffered multiple bullet wounds which caused his immediate death, according to the police.
The reason for the killing was not known so far and further investigation was in progress, they said.
No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far, the police said.
