Five hurt in Turbat attack

GWADAR: Five people were injured in a hand grenade attack in the main bazaar of Turbat town of Kech district on Wednesday.

According to police, some unknown armed men riding motorbikes hurled a grenade at National Bank Chowk of the main bazaar of Turbat town, leaving five people injured. The injured people were passing through the area at the time of the hand grenade attack.

Soon after the bomb blast, police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured people to Turbat district hospital. The condition of all the injured was stated to be stable. Police identified the injured as Muhammad Zareef, Muhammad Zafar, Adnan Ahmed, Muhammad Owais and Nusrat.
