LAHORE: ‘Women in Chemicals’, a global community of women in the chemical industry headquartered in New York, has awarded the Woman of the Year award to Dr Tauseef Salma, a Pakistani-American Scientist.

“Tauseef’s mission is to achieve cleaner air, everywhere – especially in Pakistan, and in all countries that need improvement in air quality – for a cleaner, brighter future,” says an announcement made by Women in Chemicals.

Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Clean Air at Johnson Matthey, Dr Salma has 27 years of energy and manufacturing industry experience.
