SUKKUR, April 2: An un- announced load-shedding spanning over four to five hours on a daily basis by Hesco, has almost paralyzed business activities in the city. Hesco has been carrying out load-shedding in Sukkur for one week on a regular basis, almost on every feeder of the city, despite the company’s claims of maintaining smooth power supply. In winter from November up to February, Hesco carried out power shutdown for eight to 10 hours.

But, with the advent of the summer season it has again restored to unannounced load-shedding.
