LAHORE: Lahore General Hospital doctors successfully performed an endoscopy on one-and-a-half-year-old Momina Faisal to remove a hair clip from her stomach.

This procedure saved the life of the young resident of Chungi Amar Sadhu.

Dr Hasan Salman, who performed the endoscopy, called the success a proud moment for the institution. He said he was committed to continuing working diligently in future.

LGH Medical Superintendent Dr Faryad Hussain appealed to the parents to avoid giving small, sharp and dangerous objects to children to play with, especially kids of two to four years.
