KARACHI: Six Pakistani fishermen and one another citizen, released from Indian jails, reached Karachi from Lahore on Monday through the help of Edhi Foundation and received a grand welcome upon arrival.

On reaching the Edhi Centre at Tower, the released fishermen were presented with gifts and cash by both the Edhi Foundation and the Fishermen Cooperative Society (FCS).

The fishermen include Abdullah , son of Ayub Khan; Rajan, son of Ramzan Mallah; Somar, son of Yakub Mallah; Mustafa Shah, son of Shabbir Shah; Sughandyo, son of Usman Mallah and Allah Bachayo Mallah, son of Muhammad Siddiqui Mallah. The other citizen was named Gul Sher, son of Dad Muhammad.
