QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail urged PML-N ministers and MPAs on Wednesday to prioritise development schemes in their constituencies that will directly benefit the public.

In a meeting with PML-N ministers, parliamentary secretaries and MPAs in Quetta, the governor asked them to fulfil their responsibilities as elected representatives, meeting the expectations of the voters who brought them to office.

During the meeting, the PML-N officials highlighted the difficulties and challenges faced by them in their areas. The gathering also reviewed the performance of the PPP-led coalition government in the province.

Mr Mandokhail stressed that it was the ministers’ duty to implement the government’s decisions and policies in their departments while always prioritising the interests of the people. “Good governance is imperative for addressing the issues of the people and for the development of the province,” he said.
