Polo semi-finalists decided

LAHORE: Lahore Smart City (LSC), Guard Group/Zacky Farms (GG/ZF), FG/Din Plo and Diamond Paints won their respective matches to qualify for the semi-finals of Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink Tournament here at the Lahore Polo Club ground on Thursday.

LSC defeated One Degree 11-5½ as Agha Musa Ali Khan (four) and Bilal Hai (three) shared the scoring honours for the winners. Paula Garibay and Adil Rao struck two goals each for the losing side.

GG/ZF edged past Platinum Homes 6-5½ to qualify for the last-four stage. Taimur Ali Malik smashed a hat-trick for the victors while Omer Minhas made a brace for the losing team.

Raja Mikail Sami hammered five goals as FG/Din Polo outplayed SQ Seagold 9-4 on their way to the semi-finals. Diamond Paints thrashed Black Horse Paints 8-1½ with three goals each from Raja Jalal Arsalan and Mir Huzaifa Ahmed.
