KARACHI: Fauji Fertilizer Company Ltd and Meezan Bank, representing the industrial and financial sector respectively, led winners at the Management Association of Pakistan’s (MAP) 39th Corporate Excellence Awards ceremony.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, who was chief guest on the occasion, commended the awards for establishing a framework where organisations operate under ethical guidelines and create an environment that encourages healthy competition and long-term success.

MAP president Sarmad Ali highlighted that the corporate excellence awards served as a benchmark for companies striving to achieve excellence in their respective fields and encouraged them to constantly evolve in the face of ever-changing business dynamics.

KP Governor Faisal Karim Kundi was also among the guests.

This year, the event also included a new award for the not-for-profit sector, jointly awarded to Shaukat Khanum Hospital and The Citizens Foundation.
