KARACHI: Army dominated Wapda 12-3 in the final of the KPT seventh National Men’s Softball Championship here at the KPT Football Ground on Friday.

Army’s convincing victory was fuelled by Wasim’s home run and Nazir Ahmed and Aftab Alam’s three runs each. Wapda managed only three runs in their seven innings.

Earlier, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa secured the bronze medal with a resounding 16-1 win over Balochistan in the third-place match.

Army’s title triumph marked the culmination of the three-day championship, which featured top six teams from across Pakistan.
