Two matches decided

LAHORE: Diamond Paints and Newage Cables recorded thumping victories as the Misha and Ibrahim Polo Cup started here at the Lahore Polo Club on Tuesday.

In the opening match of the tournament, Raja Jalal Arsalan’s seven-goal show helped Diamond Paints register a 10-5½ victory against Seafa Logistics Internationals. Raja Samiullah converted four goals for the losing side.

The second match of the day saw Abdul Rehman Monnoo starring for Newage Cables as he scored six goals in his team’s 10-3½ triumph over Guard Group. Omar Asjad Malhi also contributed with four goals in his team’s victory.
