Woman, man killed for honour in Balochistan’s Nasirabad

DERA MURAD JAMALI: A man gunned down his wife and her alleged paramour in Nasirabad district in the name of honour, on Monday.

Police said the incident took place in Banrai village of the Fuligi area on Monday night. The man, identified as Zahid Ali, opened fire on his wife Shazia Bibi and Nasibullah and escaped.

Both received multiple bullet injuries and died on the spot. Police shifted the bodies to the district hospital in Dera Murad Jamali.

Police termed the incident an honour killing and said further investigation was in progress.
