According to Iesco spokesperson, Mr Jan gets reports over the complaints on daily basis and also seeks report about the pending complaints so that they would be addressed without any delay.
The data shared by the company shows that since July 15, Iesco received a total of 33,691 complaints out of which 33,682 were addressed and necessary instructions have been issued to the concerned offices for immediate resolution of nine pending complaints.
