ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Yahya Afridi on Wednesday nominated senior puisne judge Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah as Chairman of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Committee. The nomination was made following a partial modification of the July 22, 2024, notification.

CJP Afridi, who is also Chairman of the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan, modified the committee to include Justice Ayesha A. Malik and Justice Shahid Waheed as members.

Earlier, former CJP Qazi Faez Isa had reconstituted the ADR Task Force by nominating then-Justice Yahya Afridi.
