SUKKUR: A Karachi-bound passenger coach coming from Punjab on Friday morning went out of its driver’s control and overturned near Pannu Aqil, resulting in the instant death of its driver. Four passengers were injured in the accident, which took place at a section of Motorway.

The deceased driver was identified as Abid Hussain Sonharo. His body along with the injured victims was transported to a nearby government hospital by Edhi volunteers and the Motorway Police.

According to the police, the driver lost control of the steering after the speeding coach broke its tie-road.

The condition of injured passengers was stated to be out of danger.

The driver’s body was handed over to the heirs after a post-mortem examination. No FIR of the accident was registered till late in the evening.
