LAHORE: LUMS Centre for Entrepreneurship on Friday launched two programmes to foster an entrepreneurial ecosystem to support startups at different stages of growth.

The programmes include ‘Launch Incubation’ and ‘Slingshot Accelerator’. The Launch Incubation is designed to support early-stage start-up founders and to provide resources, including a co-working space, access to the maker’s lab for prototyping and training modules to build and scale their businesses.

The Slingshot Accelerator will target revenue generating start ups and will offer mentorship from industry leaders, access to tailored resources, hands-on workshops and opportunities to connect with investors. The start-ups will gain practical insights into driving revenue growth and preparing for investment success.

The start-ups inducted into both programmes will have the opportunity to pitch their ventures to a panel of investors at the investor summit at the conclusion of their training.
