KARACHI: Expressing his anger over a traffic mess, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori has asked authorities to devise a comprehensive traffic plan before organising any major events in the city.

He said this in view of a massive traffic jam on various arteries leading to the Arts Council of Pakistan and YMCA.

The governor sought a report from the inspector general of police and Karachi commissioner, asking them as to why a proper traffic plan was not made for the closing ceremony of World Culture Festival.
