Man severs son’s leg

TOBA TEK SINGH: A man allegedly amputated his 12-year-old son’s leg on Saturday in Mauza Ratta in the jurisdiction of Qadirpur police in Jhang.

According to reports, Khurram Shahzad is the son of the suspect from a previous marriage. It was alleged that the boy’s stepmother instigated her husband, Syed Khawar Abbas, against him over a domestic issue. Abbas attacked the boy with an axe, severing one of his legs.

Police are conducting raids to arrest the suspect.
