YAZMAN: Any formula drawn up by India in consultation with Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah to solve the Kashmir issue would never work unless it was acceptable to Pakistan, declared Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto here today [Nov 6]. … During the course of his 65-minute address, the Prime Minister touched upon a variety of subjects. … Referring to the negotiations going on between the Prime Minister of India, Mrs Indira Gandhi, and the Kashmiri leader, Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah … to find out a solution of the Kashmir issue, the Prime Minister declared that the formula to be found out by them must conform to the undertaking that the future of the state is to be decided in accordance with the wishes of the people of Kashmir. — News agencies
