LAHORE: Despite the Indian government’s refusal to send its cricket team to Pakistan for next year’s ICC Champions Trophy, an athletics delegation from the neighbouring country is set to cross the border on Nov. 22.

The Indian athletes will arrive to participate in the Asian Cross Country Athletics Championship, to be held from Nov. 24 in Islamabad, the Athletics Federation Pakistan said on Monday.

Foreign teams will start flying in for the tournament from Nov 20, the federation added.
