LAHORE: The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) is making preparations for the annual Chrysanthemum flower exhibition to open here at the Jilani Park on Thursday (tomorrow).

The exhibition will feature a variety of chrysanthemums grown at the nurseries managed by the PHA throughout the year.

According to PHA Director General Muhammad Tahir Wattoo, the exhibition will feature several species of Chrysanthemum.

“The exhibition will provide excellent recreational facilities to the visitors,” says the DG in a press release on Tuesday.

The quality of flowers to be displayed this year is much better as compared to previous exhibitions, he said, adding that the visitors will find unique flowers that have never been part of the previous exhibitions.

Alongside the flower exhibition, PHA will also inaugurate the largest nursery in the Lahore, he said.
