LAKKI MARWAT: A fire broke out in the forest of the Bitanni mountain of the Khankhel Bitanni area here on Thursday night, a Rescue 1122 official said.
The official said that mobile teams were dispatched when the control room received information about the fire incident. “The blaze suddenly erupted and it spread over a large area,” he maintained.
He said huge flames engulfing the mountain forest were visible from a distance.
