LAKKI MARWAT: Three mutilated bodies were recovered from a mountain in the Wazir subdivision of Bannu district on Tuesday.
The police said that local tribesmen spotted the bodies in Kundey area and informed the police about them.
He said that the police along with the municipal workers reached the spot to shift the bodies to a nearby hospital.
The deceased had been killed with a firearm a few days ago and their bodies were dumped in the mountain, they said.
The police said that the slain could not be identified immediately.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident.
