LAHORE: The Lahore Arts Council has announced a portrait competition honoring the father of the nation, Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

The last date to submit artworks is Dec 20, and the exhibition will be held on Dec 24. Participants aged 18 to 30 are eligible for the competition, with cash prizes for the top three entries. The minimum artwork size is approximately 2x2 feet, and submissions must be framed or ready to hang.

Moreover, a ghazal evening featuring singers Taarranum Naz, Ghulam Abbas, Ustad Shafqat Ali Khan, Wahdat Rameez, Somiya Khan, Faizan Ali Khan and Saif Abbas Khan has also been organised for Dec 24.
