RAWALPINDI: Complaint management through QR Code has been introduced at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) to promptly address passenger complaints and suggestions.

A spokesman for Pakistan Airport Authority said on Wednesday that the management at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP) has introduced a revamped feedback and complaint system using QR codes alongside the existing mechanisms.

This initiative allows the airport management to promptly address passenger complaints and suggestions, ensuring timely communication with our valued customers.

The QR codes are prominently displayed at key locations in IIAP to ensure easy access for passengers. The system features a user-friendly interface for hassle-free submission of complaints or suggestions.
