ISLAMABAD: Two police officials and a civvy, pretending to be a police official, were booked under several charges after they were found guilty of fraud during an inquiry into fraudulently making of a driving licence.
The case has been registered at Aabpara police station under section 155-C of Police Order 2002 along with section 419, 420, 170 and 34 in response to a complaint lodged by DSP Noor Jamal.
According to the FIR, on December 9, he received information that a man while pretending to be an official of Islamabad Traffic police and in collaboration with a constable Inspector Traffic Headquarters made a driving license of a man for their vested interest and personal gain by violating the law.
Over the matter an inquiry was conducted which established that the man pretended himself as government official and the constable.
Despite not completing the period of learning by the applicant, they made the licence by committing fraud, and violating the law.
