LAHORE: The Punjab Judicial Academy (PJA) on Saturday concluded a training course on forensic sciences, medico-legal, post-mortem, arms and ammunition analysis, for the judicial officers of the province.

The course was attended by the additional district and sessions judges, the senior civil judges, and the civil judges from across the province.

Addressing the concluding ceremony of the training pogramme, Adviser and Director Admin of the PJA Muhammad Hafeezullah Khan emphasised the importance of providing quality training to judicial officers to enable them to deliver justice effectively.

He stated that the academy was committed to provide the best possible training to judicial officers in line with modern requirements. He said the academy was taking steps to further improve its training programmes to meet the evolving needs of the judiciary.

The director expressed his hope that the judicial officers after completing the training course would make informed decisions based on merit and justice, which would further strengthen the public’s trust in the judiciary. He also distributed certificates among the participants of the training course.

The course was a part of the judicial academy’s ongoing efforts to enhance the capacity of judicial officers in the province.
