LAHORE: A spokesperson for the Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) reported recovering Rs9.018 million from 257 defaulters across five districts — Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, Kasur, and Okara — within the last 24 hours of its recovery campaign.

Lesco teams collected Rs3 million from 31 defaulters in the Northern Circle, Rs850,000 from 27 in the Eastern Circle, and Rs2.051 million from 48 in the Central Circle. Other recoveries included Rs660,000 from 24 defaulters in the Southern Circle, Rs170,000 from 22 in Nankana Sahib Circle, Rs940,000 from 44 in Sheikhupura Circle, Rs410,000 from 40 in Okara Circle and Rs510,000 from 21 in Kasur Circle.
