CHINIOT: A minor boy was killed after rape at Chak No. 200 JB of Bhowana tehsil.

Reports said Qasim Ali, a resident of Chak No. 73 JB, Faisalabad, had married a woman from Chak No. 200 JB in Chiniot district. The couple has three children. When the winter vacation started, his wife and children went to their maternal grandfather’s village.

On Tuesday, Qasim Ali came to his in-laws’ village to bring back his wife and children where he did not find his younger son Ali Raza (8). The family searched for him in the village where someone told them that the child went to local school with one Shaheel. After some time, the family found Ali Raza dead.

The family called 15 and police, after preliminary investigations, took Shaheel into custody who confessed to rape and murder of the boy.

Langrana police have registered a case under section 376iii and 302 of Pakistan Penal Code and started investigations.
