NAWABSHAH: A considerably large group of Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) activists visited Pakistan Peoples Party’s Shaheed Benazirabad district office here on Friday and announced its decision to join PPP.

After holding a meeting with PPP’s district president Saalim Zardari and other leaders, the group led by Ayaz Rehmani and Hamid Zardari, attended a gathering at the Peoples Secretariat, Nawabshah, and announced that they had decided to quit the TLP to join PPP.

Later, the TLP men along with PPP workers marched up to the Nawabshah Press Club in a procession raising slogans in favour of PPP’s central leadership.
