LAHORE: The Punjab government has allocated a budget of Rs240 million to equip Lahore Museum with modern technology and align it with global standards.
Senior Punjab Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb visited the Lahore Museum on Thursday and announced measures to preserve Punjab’s history.
“A comprehensive plan will be developed in collaboration with Unesco to transform the 131-year-old Lahore Museum into an international-standard facility,” she said.
