LAHORE: A card of six events featuring two cup races has been drawn for the 22nd Lahore Winter Meeting gets under way here at the Racecourse on Sunday.

The Thrill Cup, a handicap race for Class IV to be contested over 1,200 metres, has six runners. Each of them has already won four to seven races.

The Syed Tasvir Hussain Memorial Cup, to be contested over 1,100 metres, is a handicap race for class VII Division.

All the eleven contestants are still maidens. In all, 60 runners make the card with the first race to start at 12:00 noon.
