SUKKUR: Protest demo

SUKKUR, April 21: Employees of the Market Committee, Kotdiji, staged a demonstration in Kumb to protest against non-payment of salary for nine months. The employees led by Ghulam Abbas Pirzado raised slogans against their officers, and alleged that assistant director market committee, Khairpur had embezzled their salary.

They demanded they be paid their salary immediately and warned to stage a sit-in in front of Chief Minister House Karachi.—Correspondent
