124 bunkers demolished in Kurram

PESHAWAR: A total of 124 bunkers have so far been demolished in Kurram district as renovation of Bagan Bazaar is in progress.

The district administration officials said on Wednesday that the demolition of bunkers belonging to both the warring sides was an ongoing process.

Meanwhile, a convoy of 150 vehicles carrying essential daily-use items reached different areas of Kurram on Wednesday from Thall tehsil of neighbouring Hangu district.

The administration also reported that 853 supply vehicles had so far been dispatched to Kurram district, and that financial assistance was also being provided to those affected by the violence.
